• Move to a shelter or protected area when instructed.

• Keep your phone charged and quiet if required.

Drone threat

If you hear or see a drone, do not stand in the open. Move calmly to cover or a shelter, avoid bright lights and follow local instructions.

Explosions or shelling

Get low, move away from windows, use cover, wait for instructions and do not run into open areas unless ordered.

Mines and UXO

• Do not touch unknown objects.
• Do not move ammunition, fragments or suspicious items.
• Mark the place only if safe and report it.
• Keep distance and warn others.

Photos and information

• Do not photograph military sites, checkpoints or air defence.
• Do not post locations, routes, unit details or equipment online.
• Do not livestream military activity.
• Ask before taking photos of service members.

Checkpoint behaviour

• Slow down and follow instructions.
• Keep your hands visible if stopped.
• Prepare your documents.
• Do not film or argue.

Emergency health issue

If you feel severe pain, breathing problems, heavy bleeding, fever, chest pain or mental distress, report it immediately. Do not wait silently.
