Is this an official legal document?
No. It is a practical orientation guide. Always follow official instructions from Ukrainian authorities, command and authorised recruitment staff.
Should I learn Ukrainian before arrival?
Yes, at least basic greetings, safety words, numbers, directions and military commands. It helps reduce confusion and shows respect.
What should I do if I am delayed?
Inform your assigned contact immediately. Send your current location, expected arrival time and transport details if possible.
What if I lose my passport or documents?
Report it immediately to your assigned contact and follow their instructions. Do not wait until the situation becomes serious.
Can I share photos from Ukraine?
Be very careful. Do not post military sites, checkpoints, troop movements, equipment, routes or anything that can reveal sensitive information.
What if I feel unwell?
Report symptoms early. Tell staff about medication, allergies, chronic illnesses, previous injuries or mental health concerns.
